Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Travel Retail Manager in evaluating business outcomes and pinpointing avenues to fulfill corporate goals.
  • Oversee in-store initiatives and activities aimed at boosting retail performance.
  • Produce weekly and monthly analytical reports on retail key performance indicators, product success, customer relationship management, and market competitors; propose innovative business strategies.
  • Develop and implement motivational programs for the team to enhance employee performance.
  • Schedule meetings with key stakeholders, prepare agendas, and ensure effective communication flows.
  • Administer the annual travel expense budget for the team.
  • Support various ad-hoc projects, team initiatives, and activities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong understanding of business principles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales support; a background in luxury or retail is preferred.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate across various organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, with exceptional interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; knowledge of French is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
