Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead our product registration efforts in Hong Kong and the surrounding region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product registration process for Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product registration strategies.
- Interpret and apply Hong Kong regulations to ensure successful product registration.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of documentation for regulatory agencies in Hong Kong.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and the region, and communicate changes to the team.
- Monitor regulatory trends and adapt strategies as needed to ensure successful product registration.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies in Hong Kong to facilitate a smooth registration process.
- Lead a team to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients in Hong Kong.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in regulatory affairs, business administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably with experience in product registration in Hong Kong or the Asia-Pacific region.
- Knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong regulatory affairs, including the ability to interpret and apply regulations to business initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and clients.
- Global experience in regulatory affairs would be a plus.
