We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. Job Overview
  1. To assist clients in leveraging our AI technologies and optimizing their operational efficiency, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive business success.
  2. To create engaging technical presentations for clients, partners, and prospects, highlighting the unique value proposition of our solutions and differentiating us from competitors.
  3. To identify and recommend technical solutions that address client requirements, ensuring maximum value for both parties involved.
  4. To collaborate closely with partner companies, aligning solution designs with client business needs and driving successful outcomes.
  5. To work closely with client technical staff to secure deals and build long-term relationships.
  6. To develop coaching materials and business cases to train our sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the market.
  7. To assess change requests from clients promptly, providing tailored solutions that maximize value for both parties.
  8. To stay up-to-date on relevant competitive products and solutions, maintaining our position as industry leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software presales, with a strong track record of success in the Financial Industry.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and solutions in the Financial Industry, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent demo, presentation, and written skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexible and willing to travel, with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
