Description

We are a leading provider of industrial solutions, offering a wide range of products and services. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, as well as at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction machinery industry. They must possess excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as proficiency in Chinese.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new market segments.
  • Provide pre-sales engineering and technical support to customers.
  • Monitor customer order processes and provide prompt information to fulfill customer queries.
  • Coordinate with product, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams to ensure smooth order processes.
  • Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager to identify and develop new potential customers and applications.
