We are looking for a bright and passionate People & Culture Coordinator to join our Hong Kong office and global People & Culture team. Your role will focus on delivering P&C Operations & Processes, Talent Acquisition, local initiatives which champion our unique company culture, and important administrative tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. People & Culture Operations
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: You will manage the experience of new hires and leavers. This could include processing background checks, arranging welcome packs, and sending exit interview questionnaires.
  • Compensation and benefits administration; manage and administer company benefits. Advise employees on benefits and wellbeing-related queries. Be an expert on Hong Kong benefits.
  • HR Information Systems management; ensuring our employee data and time off are accurate and recorded correctly. You will develop the skills to become a BambooHR superuser with advanced systems knowledge.
Talent Acquisition Coordination
  • Candidate Coordinator: Be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, be a champion for the company, and be an excellent communicator.
  • Interview Scheduling: Effectively schedule interviews, collaborate with the global TA team, and local hiring managers.
  • Applicant Tracking System: Accurately update all essential information on Greenhouse.
  • Support the creation of Job Descriptions and Advertisements.
Culture & Engagement
  • An advocate for our culture: you will be a key influencer of culture in the Hong Kong office, you will be proactive with connecting with employees, bringing teams together, celebrating, and supporting our teams.
  • Projects: you will have the opportunity to get involved with projects that make a difference to our people and add value to the company, including engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
