Strategic People Sustainability Consultant

As a key member of AIA International Limited, the People Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for administering human resources services, employee engagement, and other human resources activities. The primary goal is to drive cultural transformation, sustain employee value proposition, and improve employee engagement and experience. This role will also promote effective employee collaboration and foster a positive culture transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and roll out culture & engagement initiatives for employees through AIA framework and process to drive cultural transformation, sustain employee value proposition, and improve employee engagement and experience.
2. Promote a positive culture transformation, develop a sense of purpose, and foster workplace wellness and mindfulness.
3. Develop and activate employee engagement networks across business units.
4. Manage the annual employee engagement survey, partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to facilitate the implementation and rollout of the survey.
5. Design, plan, and execute company-wide engagement events, including town-halls, leadership forums, enterprise celebrations, etc.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of human resources services, employee engagement, and cultural transformation. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. The candidate should also have experience in designing and implementing culture & engagement initiatives. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant work experience are required.
