Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of technical operations, maintenance, and repair of air traffic control systems, airport-related systems, and electronic/communication/IT equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, supervising, and/or directly carrying out maintenance and repair works of systems/equipment and conducting system reviews to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Carry out equipment preventive/corrective maintenance, on-site equipment installation, testing, and commissioning, fault diagnosis, and repair according to a rectification plan/solution.
- Assist in preparing fault/problem investigation reports and/or procurement plans for spare parts or maintenance/repair services.
- Assist in coordinating with various internal and external parties for operations and maintenance works, such as government departments, airport authorities, vendors, and sub-contractors.
- Carry out emergency call-outs to rectify faults/problems reported from the control center at outside office hours.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate holder in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. More experience can be considered as Senior Technical Officer.
- Basic electronic works knowledge and skill is preferred.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure with a strong desire and commitment to deliver high-quality work in a tight timeline.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Possessing a driving license is an advantage.
