Web3 Sales Professional Job Description

We are seeking a Web3 Sales Professional to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc.

About the Role:

  • This position involves developing and executing sales strategies to acquire high-value clients in the Web3 space, including institutional investors, exchanges, and tech firms targeting Web3 users.
  • You will stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine your sales approaches and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • You will build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers from blockchain projects, crypto exchanges, fintech companies, and other Web3-focused businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire high-value clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Web3 space is essential; familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 payment/wallet business, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in English, and conversational Mandarin is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
