Key Responsibilities:
  • OEM Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs to resolve technical queries, provide updates, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Case Reporting: Document and report outstanding cases to management, facilitating timely resolutions and enhancing transparency.
  • Safety Case Coordination: Effectively manage safety cases to ensure successful implementation.
  • Product Support: Provide expert product support from factory standard, assisting workshops with technical matters.
  • Training and Development: Attend overseas training courses to expand knowledge and share best practices with workshops.
  • Standardization: Promote standardized diagnosis procedures and repair work, driving customer satisfaction.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in factory campaigns, encompassing field actions, preparation, parts, instructions, tools, and processes.
  • HV and Safety Cases: Deliver HV and safety cases support to workshops.
  • Project Execution: Execute ad hoc projects, showcasing adaptability and initiative.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting and fault elimination.
