About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Affluent Propositions team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the development of a consolidated customer growth strategic plan, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Performance Management: Lead the measurement, monitoring, and communication of performance outcomes to stakeholders across departments and to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the overall budget for the department and ensure timely accrual, payment, and reconciliation work.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead on strategic projects to maximize business value from customer portfolios across segments.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay on top of compliance requirements, particularly cross-border related sales and marketing for the mainland segment, competition law, and fair value principle, and take timely actions to mitigate relevant risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliant with FIM and related policies.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' retail banking experience, with a strong understanding of business control and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership, excellent communication, and influencing capabilities, with the ability to drive a diverse group of internal and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a great sense of ownership to drive new projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective customer service.
