Position Overview
As a Senior Market Risk Strategist, you will be at the forefront of managing and mitigating market and interest rate risks within our organization. Your expertise will guide a team dedicated to ensuring the integrity of our treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the market and interest rate risk management team in executing various risk functions.
  • Evaluate and monitor treasury activities related to market and interest rate risks.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Lead or participate in projects focused on market and interest rate risk.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis.
  • Professional certifications such as FRM and CFA are preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in risk management.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products including FX, Interest Rate, Equities, and derivatives.
  • Proficient experience with treasury risk management systems.
  • Familiarity with data science and Fintech analytical tools.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while collaborating effectively with colleagues and business partners.
