Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Maintain existing business relationships and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure better terms and offers for clients.
  • Deliver high-quality results and contribute to the department's operational efficiency.
  • Execute renewal procedures and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Provide technical support and training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in general insurance.
  • Certificated ACII/ ANZIIF/ FLMI; and passed in IIQE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
