Business Planning and Performance Management Director

Join The Bank of East Asia as a Business Planning and Performance Management Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- As a key member of the Branch Distribution & Services Department, you will be responsible for compiling MI reports to measure, monitor, and forecast business and financial performance.
- You will conduct analyses to formulate branch network, sales, and business strategies, and prepare departmental budgets and financial plans to support these strategies.
- Additionally, you will support cost management and monitor departmental budget utilization, as well as review and monitor profit sharing and cost allocation mechanisms with internal departments.
- You must be a university graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in financial planning and analysis or management reporting, you will bring a strong understanding of retail banking products and business acumen.
- As a detail-oriented and organized individual, you will possess strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential, and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is preferred.
Candidates with less working experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Business Planning & Performance Management Manager.
