We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Konew FinTech Corporation Limited. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, promoting loan refinance services to existing customers and handling potential customer cases and enquiries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Promote loan refinance services to existing customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Handle potential customer cases and enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Perform contracting review and checking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor loan amount transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Follow-up and liaise with relevant parties in the application process, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
  • Prepare various reports and letters as requested, using business software and tools.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year's working experience in sales support and administration.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proactive, detail-minded, and committed to the job, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with fast typing speed in both Chinese and English.
  • Sound knowledge of loan products and services, with a strong understanding of the financial industry.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred, but fresh graduates will also be considered.
