Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the department, including handling departmental business expense expenditures and inspections, preparing annual financial budgets, and managing work files.
  • Document Management: Handle department documentary systems and mailboxes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of documents.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the implementation of department training projects, including compilation of training plans, organizing and coordinating training projects, and preparing training materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist in staff business trip procedures, including follow-up on itinerary arrangements and related communications.
  • Office Maintenance: Handle daily office affairs, including follow-up on office maintenance and emergencies, and management of office equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience: 1 year or more related work experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and adaptability skills, with good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English. Proactive, conscientious, team player with good time and stress management skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiar with MS Office software applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
