Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, including handling business expense expenditures, implementing training projects, and managing office affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the department, including handling business expense expenditures, preparing annual financial budgets, and managing departmental documentary systems.
  • Training and Development: Implement training projects, compile training plans, and prepare training materials to enhance the skills of our team members.
  • Office Management: Manage office equipment, handle daily office affairs, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Communication and Coordination: Assist in staff business trip procedures, follow up on itinerary arrangements, and maintain effective communication with our team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience: 1 year or more related work experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and adaptability skills. Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English. Proactive, conscientious, team player, good time and stress management skills. Familiar with MS Office software applications.
