Job Summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking an experienced HR and Administrative Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Functions: Provide full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employment contracts.
  • Payroll Management: Manage monthly payroll, including salary, commission, and MPF administration.
  • Staff Data and Leave Records: Maintain staff data and leave records.
  • HR Letters and Regulations: Draft and execute all HR letters and regulations.
  • HR Reports: Prepare for HR monthly report and yearly appraisal document.
  • Administration Support: Provide administration support for employees and formulate solutions to resolve issues.
  • Internal Regulations: Assist in formulating, reviewing, and implementing the company's internal regulations.
  • Procurement: Handle administration support, including procurement, facilities management, office safety, and security.
  • Technical Issues: Liaise with IT for technical issues and local suppliers for required items.
  • Accounting Support: Work closely with the accountant for accounting support.
  • Office Management: Supervise the opening, relocation, reinstatement, and maintenance of office and shops.
  • Filing System: Maintain the filing system in good condition.
  • Company Activities: Arrange company activities, organize staff training, and relations activities.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Admin, HR, or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with HK employment laws, MPF, and taxation regulations.
  • Skills: Good team player, well-organized, meticulous, and self-motivated.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Illustrator programs.
  • Language: Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the retail industry and FEHD issues is a plus.
  • Availability: Willing to work overtime when required.
