About the Role

We Are Social is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering strategic HR initiatives and programs that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and related initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Work with the Executive Management Team and line managers to review and assess resourcing needs, develop hiring plans, and manage the offer process from initial phone call to candidate signoff.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure all new joiners receive appropriate training on internal systems as part of their induction.
  • HR Administration: Manage all HR administration, including employee-related data, documentation, and adherence to company data protection standards.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including income tax and payroll calculations.
  • Global Talent Planning: Partner with the leadership team to establish strategic Human Resources programs unique to our global locations and ensure compliance with member country guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3 years or above of experience in the human resources profession.
  • Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance.
  • Strong recruitment and networking skills.
  • Circumspect, proactive, organized, and able to work independently with good time management.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
