Data Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Manager to lead our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and efficient IT data center operation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of data center professionals in Hong Kong, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve data center efficiency, quality, and reliability.
- Manage 24/7 operations processes, covering multiple data centers in Hong Kong, to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to data center staff, ensuring they are well-trained in disaster recovery procedures.
- Oversee the performance of the data center operations team, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Manage data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and facilities management, to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are measured and attained, driving business growth and success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT-related disciplines.
- At least 7 years of experience in data center operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in multi-data center operations, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Project management experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Incident management experience, with a strong ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently with different levels of management.
- Certifications such as ITIL, demonstrating a commitment to industry best practices.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
