We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Specialist to join our team at Collinson. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, providing exceptional customer service and support to our B2B clients.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the efficient and effective administration of B2B accounts, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
  • Handle client enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Work closely with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer services, operations, or project management.
  • Account servicing or Sales Support/Administration experience, preferably in banking/finance industry.
  • Excellent inter-personal, customer servicing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assertive, initiative, methodical, detail-oriented, highly organized in work procedures, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), and Japanese (N1 level preferred).
  • Proficient in other Asian languages, such as Korean, an advantage.
