Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support services for our application cluster/portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Service Management team to ensure adherence to defined processes and service metrics.
• Provide end-to-end services for the application cluster/portfolio, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with our development team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles and application documentation to support our team's efforts.
• Participate in service-related activities, such as incident and problem management, and contribute to the improvement of our service delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in application maintenance using ASP.NET, C#, IIS, and SQL DB.
• Experience in a support environment, handling incident and problem tickets, and working with ITIL frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand logical flow and business requirements.
• Familiarity with web/desktop platforms and automation frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
