Your responsibilities will include providing functional and technical support, working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and the support team to resolve issues and perform production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support for in-house applications and distribution systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and the support team to resolve technical issues and perform production deployments
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Analyze business requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support
  • Familiarity with Shell, Linux, Windows, SQL, and Python
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Prior experience with web-based platforms is a significant plus
