Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the educational sector by establishing and nurturing relationships with IT/STEM teachers and school principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Education Consultant to craft compelling proposals tailored to school needs, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with teachers and principals to introduce and sell our company's services and course content, fostering long-term academic relationships.
- Maintain active and engaging communication with customers through various channels, building lasting connections that drive business success.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within our existing customer base, ensuring continuous growth and expansion.
- Understand customer requirements through direct meetings and prepare customized proposals to meet their needs, delivering exceptional value to clients.
- Log significant activities and progress in our CRM system to track engagement and sales efforts, providing valuable insights for future growth strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities, amplifying our brand presence in the education sector.
Requirements:
- A friendly and outgoing personality, able to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including educators and school administrators.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, and courteous in all professional interactions, ensuring seamless collaboration and partnership development.
- Knowledgeable about our offerings to provide relevant and suitable advice to potential customers, promoting our STEM courses and services.
- Completed or graduated from one of the following HKSTP Talent Programmes within two years of the programme completion date: HKSTP CUHK Co-Op Internship Programme, HKSTP Summer Internship Programme, HKSTP x HYAB: Youth Start-up Internship Programme, JC PROcruit C (Technology for Good Track).
- Previous sales experience in the education sector is highly advantageous, providing a competitive edge in this role.
- Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
