Position Overview:
As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, serving as the essential link between our clients and the expert knowledge they require.

To excel in this position, you must be driven to achieve results for clients while meeting commercial objectives. This role demands strong communication skills and a client-centric approach, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Throughout a dynamic workday, you will handle urgent requests from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at prestigious client organizations. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming project requests, accurately assessing clients' knowledge needs (such as due diligence for investment opportunities), and identifying, contacting, and vetting the most suitable experts for each assignment. You will oversee all facets of client-expert interactions, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Manage incoming client requests and leverage your business insight to identify and recommend the most relevant experts for each project. Efficiently handle multiple projects under pressure while demonstrating proactivity and responsiveness to exceed client expectations.
  • Market Understanding: Grasp the project requirements and the legal and regulatory landscape in which clients operate. Implement compliance protocols as necessary.
  • Expert Recruitment: Confidently reach out to, recruit, and evaluate experts who are uniquely qualified for your clients' projects.
  • Revenue Accountability: Assume direct responsibility for revenue generation and meet monthly performance targets from the outset.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
  • Proven track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated extracurricular involvement during academic tenure.
  • Internship experience reflecting an interest in business.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English or C2 level is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Anticipate total first-year compensation ranging from $425,700 (average performance) to $586,400 (exceptional performance), which includes (i) an annual base salary of $312,000 and (ii) uncapped variable compensation tied to individual performance.
  • 15 days of annual leave, six months of full maternity leave, and six weeks of full paternity leave.
