Overview

Hang Seng Bank Limited is seeking a high-caliber Sales Development Manager to join our Investments and Wealth Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing distribution strategies to promote Investment FX and Fixed Income products/services via appropriate distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist team head to initiate, develop and implement distribution strategies to promote Investment FX and Fixed Income products/services via appropriate distribution channels
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
  • Develop and implement sales engagement activities in order to maximize revenue or to achieve different tactical KPIs
  • Work closely with various product line owners to provide adequate support and ensure an efficient sales platform is maintained
  • Evaluate the operative efficiency of different distribution strategies and promotion offers and make recommendations for management review
  • Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliance policy and internal controls
  • Participate in the development of wealth distribution strategies on Investment FX and Fixed Income
  • Expose to a wide range of wealth products development and distribution strategy formulation on Investment FX and Fixed Income
  • Involve in sales flow development and enhancement such as the Strategic Financial Planning Platform on Investment FX and Fixed Income

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the banking and investment industry
  • Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred
  • Detail oriented with creative mindset, self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
  • Good project management skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
