About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Seek and close sales through international broker networks;
  • Handle charter inquiries from our website or via phone;
  • Provide quotes to potential clients or their brokers and make follow-up calls as needed;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and operators;
  • Act as a liaison for customer payments, needs analysis, and satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with the scheduling department to utilize aircraft empty legs;
  • Negotiate prices and book trips to ensure margins are met;

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience in private aviation charter sales;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for interacting with international clients;
  • We'll provide training on the private aviation market, but 1-3 years of sales experience is required;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think on your feet are crucial in this fast-paced environment;
