- Take ownership & lead in flexibly identifying & pitching institutional leads.
- Craft and tailor your products to meet the needs of institutional clients.
- Put your creativity & expertise to full use in identifying other financial services offerings that may be of interest to clients.
- Identify and reach out to institutional client leads.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant products.
- Attend conferences, represent Crypto, and increase awareness of our institutional business products and services.
- Conduct community reach activities, attend crypto community gatherings, and meetings to expand and deepen our institutional footprint.
- Research market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
- Draft and close client or partnership agreements.
- Propose new crypto institutional offerings.
- Maintain ongoing contact with institutional clients, keep track of client feedback, and recommend product improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services sales.
- Experience and network of clients in the cryptocurrency space is a plus.
- Candidates with more experience would be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
- Excellent command of professional written & oral English.
- Proficiency in English.
