Third Party Governance and Operational Resilience Lead

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our third-party risk and governance efforts in Asia. As the Director of Third Party Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our third-party risk management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive third-party risk management program, including risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective third-party risk management practices are embedded across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on third-party risk management, including training and coaching.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and third-party providers.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring our third-party risk management program remains compliant and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in third-party risk management, with a strong background in financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective third-party risk management programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate third-party risk.
