Operational Resilience

Operational Resilience is a critical aspect of our business, and we are committed to ensuring that our operations are robust, reliable, and resilient in the face of changing market conditions and emerging risks. As an Operational Resilience Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Enterprise Resilience team in ensuring that our operations and technology aspects of our Operational Resilience program are delivered and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Operational Resilience frameworks and governance structures across our supported jurisdictions.
  • Create and maintain execution governance plans to ensure the successful delivery of our Operational Resilience program.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and technology teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to our business, and develop strategies to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track our Operational Resilience performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with our Cluster Ops Res Lead and Cluster TTS Management to identify and prioritize business services and role holders.
  • Develop and maintain Jurisdiction content for regular Executive Summary Reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and potential disruptors to our business.
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in financial services, consultancy, or equivalent industry, with technical experience related to operational resilience, business continuity, incident management, and/or managing regulatory change.
  • Solid understanding of wholesale financial services businesses and end-to-end operating models.
  • Proven analytic skills and ability to synthesize information, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups, and deliver credible outputs supporting senior management decision-making.
  • Project/Program Management Experience is a must.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
