Job Opportunity

Aurex Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our project management efforts in the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual to oversee the business leadership of our APAC region. This includes staff management, client strategy, profit and loss management, commercial success, business governance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans in response to anticipated economic, technological, and market trends.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team for successful delivery of project management engagements.
  • Supervise and provide technical support to team members to ensure effective operations.
  • Identify, track, and influence key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to deliver required performance levels.
  • Coordinate internal matters such as education, human resources, finance, communication, and admissions to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the organization and department, and build constructive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Recognized degree in a relevant field, such as building, project management, surveying, or a related discipline, with membership of a professional association preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience leading commercially successful project management teams or organizations.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with a proven leadership capability.
  • Growth mindset, focused on achieving business targets.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, across regions, geographies, and multiple countries.
  • Strategic view on local and regional client acquisition and success.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence rather than command.
  • Stationed in Hong Kong or Singapore.
