Director of Talent and Culture, APAC

Rosewood Hotel Group, Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Talent and Culture team as a Director of Talent and Culture, APAC. This role will be responsible for driving business objectives through associate engagement and development, while ensuring seamless execution of all Talent and Culture programs.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partner
- Develop and implement localized Talent and Culture strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Manage staffing, performance management, workforce, and succession planning processes for corporate divisions.
- Counsel and advise leaders on associate relations' issues, including policy interpretation, disciplinary action, performance management, conflict resolution, and complaints.
- Performance Management
- Deliver an effective Performance Management process across Rosewood Hotel Group, globally, for both properties and corporate offices.
- Develop and enhance performance management processes and tools, including objective setting, performance evaluation, and calibration.
- Link individual and team performance results to rewards, promotions, and development opportunities.
- Strategic thinking, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven project, change, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, with strong influencing and relationship management skills at all levels of the business.
