Strategic Account Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Promote our entire suite of telecommunications solutions to corporate clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above.
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the telecom/mobile industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and market knowledge, especially in the telecom industry.
- Knowledge in computer and PDA devices is advantageous.
- Positive, mature, self-motivated, and strong character to take up challenges.
- Energetic, aggressive, proactive, and hardworking.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge in Mandarin is preferred.
