Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in finance, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in life insurance, preferably in Bancassurance
  • Extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge and sales capabilities
  • Insurance-related licenses and compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Good level of verbal English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
