HR Operations and Administration Expert

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA), HRBP, and C&B teams in handling various HR processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing offer letters and employment contracts, facilitating background checks, overseeing visa applications, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the TA team to manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant HR documentation.
- Facilitate and manage background check processes.
- Oversee visa application processes for Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR operations and recommend improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between the SSC, HR, and other departments.
- Ensure all HR-related processes adhere to local employment laws and company standards.
