Administrative and HR Services Professional

- Full-spectrum HR operations: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, MPF, taxation, and compensation & benefits.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all-round HR duties, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labor laws.
- Maintaining and updating incoming and outgoing documents, filing and staff databases, and HR-related records.
- Providing responsive and high-quality HR support to staff at all levels.
- Preparing insightful HR reports for management review.
- Handling various ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Requirements:
- Educational background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Language, Translation, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in all-round HR duties.
- Legal knowledge: Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labor laws.
- Payroll expertise: Solid experience in payroll administration.
- Personal qualities: A well-organized, positive, and highly adaptable individual with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Work style: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Communication skills: Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
- Technical proficiency: Skilled in MS Office applications and other online tools such as Google Drive, Zoom, Teamviewer.
