Job Title: HR Services Expert

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled HR expert to provide comprehensive HR services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing recruitment, payroll calculation, visa application handling, and other HR and payroll related services.
  2. Implementing HR systems, maintaining staff records, and updating data.
  3. Offering clerical support including quotation and billing issuance.
  4. Engaging in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources/Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR and payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong.
  • Detail-minded, hardworking, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel - Vlookup, pivot table, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing).
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Working Hours and Location: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Bank Holidays) at Tsuen Wan office

Benefits: Medical, Annual Leave, Annual Bonus

Estimated Salary Range: HK$40,000 - HK$60,000 per month
