About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a top-tier global financial institution, leveraging your expertise in wealth management to drive business growth and client satisfaction. As a Senior Manager for Regional Client Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business strategies with a focus on wealth management.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  3. Provide market insights and analysis to clients and partners, helping them make informed investment decisions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs, driving cross-functional initiatives that promote business growth and client satisfaction.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and offerings.
Requirements:
  • A strong academic background in a relevant field.
  • Over 16 years of extensive experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry, with a proven track record in client relationship development and management.
  • Must hold an SFC license as a representative for Type 1 and 4 activities (if based in Hong Kong).
  • Significant experience in marketing private markets and alternative investment funds to the private wealth sector, with a strong understanding of the distribution model is highly preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly collaborative, with a strategic approach to business opportunities and client management.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
