Responsibilities
  • Cash Related Transaction processing
    • Remittance Out and In
    • Fund Transfer
    • Issuance of Cashier Order & Demand Draft
    • Cheque & Time Deposit
  • Handle RM & CS' enquiries
  • Insufficient fund and collateral check
  • Day-end reconciliation on deal ticket & incomplete order verification
  • System enhancement & development
  • Report and escalate any issue and exceptions
  • Complete transaction such as remittance & issuance of CO & DD by cut-off time
  • Ensure TT Out and 3rd Party Fund Transfer with sufficient funds and collateral
  • Ensure no error detected with control of day-end reconciliation
  • Other clerical administration
Requirements
  • University Degree Holder
  • Minimum 3-year experience in banking cash related products
  • Good experience and knowledge in banking cash products and remittance
  • Able to work independently, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Digital mindset would be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficiency in spoken / writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered
