Join Metair Limited, a pioneering company in advanced nanotechnology solutions, as a Mid-Senior Sales Professional. We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to drive business growth in the building and construction sector.
About the Company:
- Based on advanced nanotechnology, Metair has developed a series of self-disinfection and self-cleaning products for environmental hygiene control.
- The founding team has more than 15 years of experience on R&D and commercialising advanced nanomaterials.
- We plan to officially launch a series of our own brand products and services of air and surface disinfection, cleaning, and personal hygiene protection in early 2023.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction and related industries.
- Manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee payment processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in business development and implement B2B sales strategies to enhance sales performance and meet revenue objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction and related industries.
- Develop business plans, present proposals, negotiate terms, and conditions with business partners.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve delivery concerns, and oversee payment processes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage sales agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the building materials sector, with a focus on antimicrobial and antiviral air purifying coatings preferred.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, result-driven approach.
