Enterprise Banking Relationship Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Enterprise Banking team as a Relationship Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, providing commercial banking products and services, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
- Product and Service Provision: Provide commercial banking products and services to clients, including financial analysis, credit assessment, and lending.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, and requirements prescribed by regulators and the Bank.
- Education: University graduate in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' banking experience in banking/finance, with knowledge in financial analysis, commercial credit, and lending policies.
- Skills: Mature, pleasant, outgoing, and a good team player with strong marketing sense, good business contacts, self-motivation, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
- Language: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
