Medical Device Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Execute sales and case support activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals within the Implants (Joint Replacement and Craniomaxillofacial) portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales plans and activities aligned with local strategy.
- Identify market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.
- Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
- Explore new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker's customer base.
- Compile customers' feedback to drive improvements in quality of service and expand the business portfolio.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Business/Marketing related fields.
- 1-2 years' sales and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred.
- Results-driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
