Job Summary

The Edge Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our field service team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the field service team to monitor daily operations and ensure all workflow executions meet departmental strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the business team to provide pre-sales demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide high-quality installation services, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance services for medical equipment/devices on-site.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients and provide technical support, conducting routine scheduled servicing (both preventative and reactive).
  • Conduct after-sales service for product operation briefings and demonstrations to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and company guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Biotechnology or related disciplines.
  • 5-8 years of team leading, field support, and E&M installation experience in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in machinery/equipment is a plus.
  • Holder of Electrical Hong Kong Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade A is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Objective-oriented, driven, passionate, collaborative, and independent.
  • Good proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge, including IP address, firewall, and anti-virus settings.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
