Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team at The Edge Partnership. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our medical devices to current and potential clients in assigned territories, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.

  • Promote our medical devices to current and potential clients in assigned territories to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in new product launch projects, ensuring timely and successful market introduction.
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and achieve marketing goals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and technical supports to clients as needed.
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
  • 1-6 years of relevant sales/business development experience with a proven track record in the medical industry.
  • Experience in innovative biotechnology, 3D printing, or digital solutions is welcome.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Quick learner, objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and a good team-player.
  • Good proficiency in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
