About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives, leading a team to build and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
  2. Drive team performance by identifying and developing new business opportunities to increase market share.
  3. Monitor territory sales trends, prepare performance statistical reports, and make improvement recommendations.
  4. Maintain a hands-on approach with major customers, providing direction, coaching, and training to individual team members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and a proven track record of driving sales achievements and business growth.
