Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Business Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and functional requirements to identify gaps between existing and required solutions.
  • Configure and Test Murex Front Office: Work closely with clients to configure and test Murex Front Office to ensure it meets their business requirements.
  • Implement Murex Model and Methodology: Utilize the Murex Model and Methodology to successfully implement solutions for our clients.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Murex Front Office Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues with Murex Front Office to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Support Client Implementation: Collaborate with clients to test the implementation, achieve signoff, and move the system towards go-live.
  • Develop Client Project Plans: Assist clients in developing their internal project plans, including setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, timeline, and resource requirements.
  • System Integration and Data Migration: Support clients with system integration, data migration, and implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience in Systems or Business Analysis: At least 3 years of experience in systems or business analysis and system design within the capital markets industry.
  • Murex Front Office Expertise: Strong hands-on working experience on Murex Front Office (Pricing, Simulation, etc.).
  • Industry-Standard Front Office Knowledge: Detailed hands-on knowledge about industry-standard front office standards for market data management, trade capture, pricing, and risk.
  • Communication and Team Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities, and manage business expectations. Team leadership skills and people management experience.
  • Customer-Focused: Must be customer-driven, able to work within a team environment, and focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong and demonstrable problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and oral English and Cantonese language skills.
