We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Front Office team at Shangri-La.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry, preferably in Hotel Front Office or airline operations
  • Self-motivated and well-organized, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
