Job Summary

The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with the management of hotel facilities, including the Langham Club, Business Centre, and Guest Services areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote hotel facilities and services, including the Health Club, Business Centre, and F&B outlets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel front office or customer service role, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with additional languages an advantage.
