We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in an international class hotel, with excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua. They will possess strong leadership skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve high standards.
