About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone with a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry, preferably in Hotel Front Office or airline operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required.
