The Opportunity

Digital Marketing Growth Specialists play a vital role in our sales team, driving new business growth, generating leads, and setting appointments. You will engage with potential clients, presenting a comprehensive range of services including SEO, SEM, CRO, and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to launch their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with SMEs and larger businesses seeking digital marketing solutions via phone and email communications.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and understand prospective clients' online marketing needs and goals.
  • Coordinate follow-up interactions and schedule calls with our Sales team to progress leads and opportunities.
  • Effectively utilize marketing resources in tailored email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing strategies and practices.
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing or a relevant degree, with a passion for learning and growing in the industry.
  • A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in outbound telephone sales or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets and expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
